I have been involved with herbal remedies since the mid 1970s. Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) in particular is a herb I consider as a powerful medicine. I started making this product for my own benefit due to the fact that at the time it was rare on the Australian market. Its a challenge to make a small batch so I realised maybe others could find this product useful. That was 3years ago. My product here is a very simple one, it is designed specifically for its healing and remedy properties. I have used only the best certified organic ingredients. You may find other examples of comfrey salve that will use different vegetable oils as a base, for example avocado, olive, sunflower etc. I made certain that the product I make retains its primary function as a healing product and is of a high quality. Therefore I only use Almond Oil & no other additives. I also made a salve so you can get the benefits of the herb more directly than a cream can. Whilst this means that my product may be just a little more expensive than others it is nonetheless of a high quality & I consider my salve to be among the best on the Australian market today.
