Shipping & Returns

 

We deliver Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning excluding Sundays and public holidays.  The delivery time depends on your location and the product availability. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Lockers now available. 

If your purchase is completed before 6pm on the Friday we will endeavour to make the delivery process start on the Saturday.

 You'll find your tracking number under "Consignment Number" on shipment confirmation email.

Delivery to Metro cities – 2-4Business Days

Delivery to Remote and Regional areas – 3-10 Business Days 

Delivery to NZ = 7-15 days

  *additional charges may apply for shipping if the parcel is over the weight limit 

What if I am not at home at the delivery?

You can leave delivery instructions such as "ATL" Authority to leave.

If you not at home at the time of delivery, parcel will be left at safe place at your house or it will be delivered to your local post office.

Please contact us if there are any delays in your order.  It's always best to have a parcel be delivered where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").

Returns & Refunds

All products that are sold on NatureByFeathers are Australian made using highest quality ingredients. 

We offer returns (exchange and refund) given that it is within 10 days of purchase.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted, however a restocking fee of 7% per item applies. The customer will also need to cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are accepted given that the product is not open, unused and remains in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the customer will be denied a refund/ exchange and the item will be returned to them at their own cost.

Faulty or damaged items

We pride ourselves with the quality delivered to customers, however in saying that a customer may receive a faulty or damaged item. Please be sure to contact us within one week of the item being delivered with a detailed description and sending us photos or a video of the item.

Skin Reactions and Allergies   

If a reaction to one of our products occurs, be sure to cease using the product immediately. We cannot be held liable for the presence of some ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or cause skin sensitivity. Please read the product's label carefully before using on skin. Incorrect item

 If you have received an incorrect item, please sure to immediately contact us for a return to be arranged.
